They say that one photo is worth a thousand words, but unless you can actually find it in your local folders, that photo is completely worthless. TagEZ can help you locate your pictures much faster, by organizing them in separate folders, based on their creation dates. The best part is that it does everything automatically, because no one has the time or patience to manually sort their pictures. You just tell the application what images need to be sorted and it will take care of everything for you.

TagEZ is compatible with all modern Windows versions and it comes in a portable edition as well. Downloading and installing the application takes only a few seconds and it doesn't involve any complicated settings. The hardware requirements are modest and there is no need to install any prerequisite tools or services.

Selecting one or more sources, designating an output folder and clicking a button, on the application's compact interface, is all you have to do. TagEZ uses the metadata in your pictures to sort them by creation date in separate folders, even if they've been dumped in a folder, among thousands of other files. What's more, if you have tried to at least name the folders in which you have stored your pictures, the application will use those names when naming the output folders.

What makes TagEZ more interesting is the fact that it's far from being a simple tool, which you use once to sort your pictures. Once you hit the Start button, the application will work continuously. Any new images you add to the targeted input folders will be sorted automatically. Furthermore, the software's remote functionality brings many interesting possibilities to the table.

If you provide your email address, the software will send you details about the sorting process and you can also respond with information, that will be used to sort your images. You can, for example, store your pictures in the cloud and they will be stored automatically on your home computer. If no folder info is available, you can provide the missing information via email, as if you had an assistant working for you.

Another advantage is the fact that TagEZ comes with backup capabilities as well. You can have everything in your default source or a folder of your choice backed up to one or two locations on your hard drive. Additionally, you can set the application to back up your photos once or twice a day.
